I am a birth and end of life doula providing mental, emotional and spiritual support for families at all stages of life. I specialize in group facilitation, therapeutic yoga workshops, and reiki healing.
My commitment to philanthropy, service and soul exploration began at a young age. I spent my Summers at Rowe Camp & Conference Center in Massachusetts where I learned about meditation, yoga, energy healing and the power of group work. I have volunteered as a mentor for refugees through the International Rescue Committee and as a sexual assault and domestic violence interventionist in New York City emergency rooms through the Mt. Sinai SAVI program. In 2015 I worked with the Hawai'i Institute of Pacific Agriculture which strengthened my passion for sustainable agriculture and the food sovereignty movement. I am a world traveler with a passion for holistic wellness. I have dedicated the last year to working with Circle of Health International in the areas of curricula development and fundraising. My doula training continues as I pursue my certification through Carriage House Birth.
