I am a full spectrum birth, postpartum and hospice doula providing care and support for families at the beginning and end of life.

I am a world traveler with a passion for holistic wellness.  I have worked in the non-profit world for 20 years and am committed to exploring alternative healing methods and creating conscious communities through a variety of modalities.

In 2009 I earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from New York University and immediately began practicing as a psychotherapist at a community mental health clinic providing individual and group psychotherapy.  I have held a variety of executive non-profit roles since that time and am currently the Director of weSPARK Cancer Support Center located in Los Angeles.

My commitment to philanthropy, service and soul exploration began at a young age.  I spent my Summers at Rowe Camp & Conference Center in Massachusetts where I learned about meditation, yoga, energy healing and the power of group work.  I have volunteered as a mentor for refugees through the International Rescue Committee and as a sexual assault and domestic violence interventionist in New York City emergency rooms through the Mt. Sinai SAVI program.  In 2015 I worked with the Hawaii Institute of Pacific Agriculture which strengthened my passion for sustainable agriculture and the food sovereignty movement.  My doula training continues as I pursue my certification through Carriage House Birth.

I specialize in group facilitation, therapeutic yoga workshops, and reiki healing.
